New Tool for Reporting Webinar Service Interruptions

The link brings up a short form letting you report an unexpected loss of availability for a webinar, webcasting, or web conferencing service. It is completely anonymous.

Submitted data is immediately available to the public for reference and comparisons. If enough people use the form, it will give us an insight for the first time into service reliability from various hosted web conference vendors.

It seems like the Webinar technologies all look a like on paper. Since the services are all hosted in the cloud I do not think that there is a good way for buyers to "look under the hood" and compare critical factors like reliability and customer support. Here's hoping this lifts the veil on some important and hidden information and service about our industry.
